Our pricing is straightforward and transparent: Provider Credentialing is $999 for the first provider and $750 for each subsequent provider. Medical Billing is 5.99% for billing services up to $20,000 in monthly billing volume, with reduced rates for higher billing-volume brackets. Other standalone or custom-scoped services are priced via custom quotation.

Our standard medical billing rate is 5.99% for monthly billing volumes up to $20,000. It covers claim submission, payment posting, claim tracking, denial follow-up, and monthly reporting. Practices with higher monthly billing volumes qualify for reduced percentage rates in ascending volume brackets.
The $999 rate for the first provider covers credentialing coordination, multiple insurance company applications within the agreed scope, proactive enrollment tracking, and ongoing payer application follow-up. Each subsequent provider within the same practice is $750.
